I think if your uncle and you open a restaurant…then it will be a kickass! Where can you find a two restaurant chefs; one is a programmer and another is a designer? To me, it’s a perfect combination. You know…your uncle will program it much more efficient way in operation , management, and all…And you will enlighten the place and people through your designing skill…I would invest my money in you guys with one condition; I have to taste your foods first…kha kha kha….

The slogan should be "If Donny can cook, it's the end of the world."

Actually, I always want to partner up with my uncle #9, who can cook really well (many of his dishes featured on this site). We always talk about opening a Vietnamese restaurant with real authentic taste instead of those Com Son and Pho junks. However, we only been talking since he's a programmer and I am designer. Opening up a restaurant is a huge challange for us.

Good decorational looking dish. Too bad I can’t taste it! Well done Donny! And keep up the good work. You may become a good chef someday!

Hoang, that’s good observation. Yeah!!!Our overseas Vietnamese should push it forward to do a TV cooking show or some thin’ [maybe Donny will give it a start! huh? Check this out: The show slogan will be "If Donny can cook so can you!" ...kha kha kha... [I just copy from the Yang Chinaman chef] rather just keep opening bunch of fast food restaurants.

Oh! I like He. (China chive) too!

Hoang, thanks so much for your compliments. I'll tell my mom your words. What a great idea. Wouldn't it wonderful to maintain our rare and truest Vietnamese dishes? I would love to do something like this but I don't think I am capable of doing it. I keep your thoughts in mind though.
