Lau Chua Cay (Vietnamese Hot and Sour Hotpot)

Adventurous uncle makes audacious dish. His latest chef-d’oeuvre, Lau Chua Cay, is heaven-sent. Fresh seafood and veggies combined with spicy, savory broth produced an “instant orgasm.” I love those “Bong He” (grass-like vegetables with buds). Their nectarous flavor, when drowned in boiling hotpot and complemented with a dollop of fish sauce, seduces my taste bud. Now I see why women fall for men who can cook. Men with culinary skills must have much easier time picking up girls. They don’t even need to use those obnoxious pickup lines. All they have to say is, “taste it baby,” and let the food does all the talking.

  3. «Now I see why women fall for men who can cook». I’ll say! I pursued, wooed and married my ex , thinking he was a cook. Turned out he was «simply» the manager of the restaurant! The price you have to pay, going after your dream!!!

  4. Mimi, hihihi… Perhaps for the husbands who cannot give their wives orgasm, cooking “la^?u” would be an alternative offer ? ;-) j/k.

Women often fall in love easily for men that know how to cook because not only he has a domestic skill but also he’s willing to serve another person. It brings out the warm, family side of the man. Home meals always are more cozy & romantic than restaurant meals. Even if the food does not turn out good, just seeing your man standing in the kitchen trying to cook something for you already makes you melt.
