I did try the meditation of sound and light of 2 Vietnameses:Thanh Hai(Ching Hai) and Luong Si Hang or ong Tam(Vovi.org),I found many stranges things I cannot tell you because you don't have faith.Try their method and you'll see.You lose nothing.Many companies let their employees meditate for a better production. Have faith,don't blindly follow any bad advices:you'll be enlightened if you try.if you want to be an engineer you go to engineering school,lawyer to law school,...this life is temporary.There is no religion.
