o  John Coltrane and Johnny Hartman (John Coltrane &amp; Johnny Hartman)
o  Sketches of Spain (Miles Davis &amp; Gil Evans)
o  Somethin’ Else (Cannonball Adderley &amp; Miles Davis)
o  Two Men with The Blues (Wille Nelson &amp; Wynton Marsalis)

Esp. &quot;Two Men with the Blues:&quot; one would never think such very diverse musicians could make such beautiful music together--one is a dirty, edgy country guy, the other, Mr. Lincoln Jazz.  

On a somewhat related subject, but take a listen to Joni Mitchell&#039;s &quot;Mingus:&quot; not exactly a collaboration (except in spirit), more of an interpretation (of Mingus&#039;) by a flower-child singer-songwriter (Mitchell) and a funk jazz bassist (J. Pastorius).  You might it interesting!</description>
