MJ RIP :(
I feel as though Mr. MJ was dying for the 10
years or so. Every time I see him on the news, I used to look away because I actually feel very sad watching him wasting a way.
MJ will surely be missed. He was pop music, a style icon. He is in a better place now.
In a strange way I think MJ doesn’t really want to be here anymore since he has alot of problems with his reputation and financially, MJ was ruined for good.
MJ’s passion and talent to me have overshadowed its stormy and painful parts. After all, he was just another victim of fame and the pressure to conform to be accepted in the Western world. A confused but sweet and tender soul!
MJ’s talents, creativities is second to none. His music will live on. He is a legend.
I’ve always have a soft spot for MJ despite all the problems that had surrounded him the past decade or more of his life. I agree with Suave in that he was a victim of fame and conspiracies. After all he was proven guilty. Somehow i believe in his innocence.
And i do believe he is in a better place now.
Rest in peace.
LD, S your sentiments are same as mine.
I was watching some of MJ ’s video clips
esp. “Billie Jean” and was thinking what an
awesome artist MJ was !
I have admirations for MJ for what he contributed. I loved MJ performances as a little kid. Just think how much pressure MJ
had.
I’ve been crying a lot. I love Michael Jackson. I never believed anything people accused him of. He,to me, led a sad life. People have been calling him all kinds of names, even now when he’s already gone. It’s very sad. May he R.I.P. :-(
….And tt doesn’t seem to matter
and it doesn’t seem right
’cause the will has brought
no fortune
still I cry alone at night
don’t you judge of my composure
’cause I’m lying to myself
and the reason why she left me
did she find in someone else?….
@TDK: Yeah, together with “Don’t stop til…”, my favorite MJ tunes. I really think MJ the songwriter got overlooked because of how great MJ the performer was.
MJ has raised more social awareness than he realized. With his appearance in Thriller- also the title one of the most successful albums in music history- has blurred the line between what is “cool” and what is not, and lent a voice to those who are somewhat ostracized by society. I think it’s sad that he tried to look white but that alone reminded us of the importance being proud of our identity. It was unfortunate that MJ had to be the guinea pig for us.
To pay respect, my son and I each did our moon walks. He did his in great style. I finished mine with a sore knee and a heavy heart. Goodbye, Michael.

I watched the Jackson 5 sing I’ll Be There and Ben on youtube last night and my eyes were filled with tears!

“Like A Comet
Blazing ‘Cross The Evening Sky
Gone Too Soon
Like A Rainbow
Fading In The Twinkling Of An Eye
Gone Too Soon
Shiny And Sparkly
And Splendidly Bright
Here One Day
Gone One Night
Like The Loss Of Sunlight
On A Cloudy Afternoon
Gone Too Soon
…”
Yeah! You’ve gone too soon!
Goodbye, Michael!
